SHIPPING
Shipping is based on the weight of the item up to about 50 pounds after that we will contact buyers about shipping, some things require shipping via semi carrier, those items will be charged seperately after we get a quote from a shipping carrier.
RETURN POLICY
TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMER:
We make every effort to bring you a pleasant and successful purchase experience. If
you are not pleased with your purchase you may return it for a refund. Following are
Blue Star Supply Return Policy guidelines:
* Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee
* Blue Star Supply cannot accept returns of electrical or electronic items
* Blue Star Supply cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, installation, or use
* Refunds cannot be given for specially made items
* Shipping charges are not refunded
* All returns must be done within 30 days from date of purchase
* Items returned to Blue Star Supply which are deemed un-returnable, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense
To make a return, please print and follow directions on our Return Form (Click Here) The form may be filled out online and printed for your convenience. You can also email a copy of it to us so we know that a return in coming. In that case send us a copy, not a link.
Please inspect your merchandise before accepting your order from the delivery service. Do not
accept it if it is damaged
